We are a family sale and will support family-friendly businesses ONLY! Wee-One's reserves the right to refuse vendors/advertisers at our discretion. Wee-One's will not allow more than one representative from a single company (Discovery Toys, Pampered Chef, etc.) however, Wee-One's will allow more than one representative for goods or service based businesses (purses, hair bows, etc.) because style and available products will vary from vendor to vendor. Wee-One's reserves the right to limit the numbers of exhibitors showing similar or same products to prevent duplication. Wee-One's has the right to refuse displays set up before or during the show which contain non-disclosed products conflicting with another vendor with out a refund.
Deadline for vendor applications is 2 weeks prior to the sale date. All fees are required upon application approval. Application process will not be considered complete until full payment has been made. Once the application process is complete, an email will be sent to confirm sale participation. No refunds for cancellation within 1 week of sale date.
Each exhibitor is responsible for donating one product/item to be included in drawings for our consignors and shoppers.
Vendor Space Vendors will be allocated a booth space to accommodate 1, 6 ft. table and chair(s). Vendors should provide their own tables, chair(s) and draping (table skirts) for the event. Wee-One's reserves the right to assign, designate or change exhibit or booth location at any time.
Booth Display There is no restriction as far as show colors, so display decisions are left to the individual exhibitors. Wee-One's requests a professional looking display with no exposed boxes or non decorative supplies showing from underneath tables, therefore the table draping should extend to the floor.
Set up and Sale Hours Vendors may set up Sunday May 25th 2pm-6pm or Monday May 26th 10am-2pm and must be torn down by 8pm on Sunday June 1st.
You are free to represent your business as much/little as you wish during the sale. Please see hours of operation on our Upcoming Sale page. We will do our best to ensure security; however, Wee-One's is not responsible for merchandise left unattended.
Booth Restrictions Excessive noise, bothersome lighting or other use of exhibit space by vendors that interferes with the exhibition space used by other vendors or with the operation of the Wee-One's sale is prohibited. Vendor�s displays and advertising material shall not protrude into the aisles or otherwise interfere with the movement of visitors to the Wee-One's Sale or other vendor spaces.
Electricity Electricity will be available in limited quantities for an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for electrical set up. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own heavy duty extension cord.
Services Not Provided Wee-One's does not provide equipment, decoration, labor, carpenters, storage of exhibit materials, or other related services. Wee-One's, the building owner or any individual associated to the sale (including but not limited to the owner, managers, vendors and volunteers) is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items or for any personal injuries inside or outside the sale premises. Wee-One's will take reasonable precautions to prevent these events from occurring, however, these events may occasionally arise.
